hi! I’m Dani. it’s my dream to make beautiful, tasty treats for you.

creating macarons in adventurous flavors and colors is my passion. I draw inspiration from asian spices and tropical fruits, and love an unexpected pairing.

After attending French Pastry School, creating Almond Dust has been a dream of mine. It has become a way to blend the traditional French techniques of baking and my love of bright and bold flavors, creating something completely unique.

When I’m not baking, you can find me traveling with my daughter, exploring our beautiful earth, and usually eating something spicy.
